Jessica was recommended to us by a family friend while we were living in California and working on moving to Columbus, OH to be closer to family. Right from the get-go Jessica was very personable and professional and instilled in us the confidence that we were in the right hands! She worked with us to coordinate virtual tours of the homes we liked, she shared her expertise about the different areas around Columbus, and didn’t shy away from giving her opinions when asked, which we greatly appreciated. We flew to Columbus to look at homes in person and Jessica helped us get the home we loved! Once we were in escrow, she continued to be very actively involved in the whole process, which was a huge help to us considering we weren’t local. We are now less than a week away from moving into our new home and couldn’t be happier with the support and expertise we received from Jessica and her team!
